Mr. Betzalel, is the founder of Boss Capital; member of the investment committee of Amitim Pension Funds (the largest Pension fund in Israel) and Independent Director at Enlight (Public company traded on the NASDAQ & TASE). Mr. Betzalel is long time veteran of Israeli Capital Markets with more than 20 years of extensive experience in finance, banking, business development and capital markets.

Previously Mr. Betzalel served as the CEO of Migdal Underwriting, Deputy CEO for Clal Finance Underwriting Ltd., the Vice President for Business Development at Clal Finance Ltd., the CEO of ByTech Telecommunication Ltd. And the Chief Economist for Clal Israel Ltd.

Mr. Betzalel holds a B.A and an M.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
